You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, automation, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service.
- Upload unlawful content or violate any applicable law.
3. Intellectual Property
NCHE: Brain Battles, including its name, logo, gameplay, art, code, and content, is owned by GoSharp Global Services LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
4. Virtual Credits & Purchases
- Virtual credits, coins, XP and similar in-game items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by the app store you used to purchase.
- We may modify, suspend or discontinue any virtual item at any time.
5. User Content
If you submit content (e.g. usernames, messages, support tickets), you grant GoSharp a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and use that content solely to operate the service.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. GoSharp does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoSharp Global Services LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion via support@gosharp.org.
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms or change parts of the service at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GoSharp Global Services LTD’s place of incorporation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
