We collect only the information needed to operate and improve NCHE: Brain Battles:
- Account data: display name, email, avatar, and authentication identifiers when you create an account or sign in via a supported provider.
- Gameplay data: scores, ranks, achievements, match history, in-game purchases of virtual credits, and preferences.
- Device & usage data: device model, OS version, language, crash logs, performance metrics, and basic analytics events.
- Support communications: any messages you send to support@gosharp.org or help@gosharp.org.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide core features such as accounts, leaderboards, multiplayer matchmaking, and cloud sync.
- Process virtual credit purchases and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Improve game balance, fix bugs, and develop new features.
- Send transactional messages (e.g. password reset, important account notices).
3. Legal Bases
Where applicable (including under GDPR), we process your personal data based on contract performance, our legitimate interests in operating the service, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting) acting as data processors.
- Payment processors for virtual credit transactions.
